All individual and group lessons are confirmed at the point of booking. No refund due to no show. No reschedule of lessons available. In the unlikely event that lessons are cancelled by The Excelsis School of Music, a full refund will be available.
The following is applicable to Parent & Child Piano Lessons only:
We offer two trial lessons which are charged at the standard rate. We require full payment for the whole term initially. If for any reason you do not wish to continue after the second lesson, please inform us via email within 48 hours and we will refund you the remaining fees.
